Anthony van Dyck (Dutch, 1599-1641),Joannes de Wael, identified and credited below the image within the plate, engraving and etching on paper, sight size 10 x 7 1/4 in.; Giovanni Battista Piranesi (Italian, 1720-1778),Veduta dell' Avanzo dell' Anfiteatro Castrense, inscribed "Piranesi Archit. dis. inc." in the plate l.r., engraving and etching on paper, sight size 5 1/16 x 7 5/8 in. Both matted and framed. Condition: Joannes with toning and mat burn, not examined out of frames.
