Punch-decorated Brass and Iron Knife Blade Andirons, America, 18th century, each with cast brass flame baluster finials, on iron knife blade shafts with punch-decorated foliage and a face-in-a-heart motif, on cabriole legs with penny feet, with mortised log supports, (imperfections),ht. 20 1/2, wd. 12 1/4, dp. 24 1/2 in.

Some surface rust, a 1 x 1/4 in. segment on the rear base of one finial is missing, log supports are sagged causing the shafts to tilt slightly backward.
