Victorian Embroidered Silk and Velvet Crazy Quilt and Table Runner, America, c. 1890s, the quilt and matching runner composed of squares of pieced silk and velvet fabric segments, several printed silk presidential candidate ribbons, organization ribbons, and images of beautiful ladies, each outlined with fanciful contrasting embroidery, some segments with embroidered motifs including butterflies, fans, flowers, fruit, and balloons, several segments with painted details, edged in blue and white silk, backed with brown cotton sateen, 58 1/2 x 70, 23 1/2 x 56 in.

Very minor embroidery stitch losses, one ribbon on quilt with frayed spots, a litle frayin on backing on on a couple fold lines.
