Description:
Shaker Burgundy Red Wool Cape, probably early 20th century, machine-stitched cape and hood of red woven wool fabric, the inside of the cape lined with gold-colored sateen, stuffed with wool batting and quilted in a zigzag pattern, the detachable hood lined with red cotton fabric, (minor holes).
Provenance: Purchased from Roger Bacon.

Approx. 8 very small moth holes, and one larger about 1/2 x 1/4 in. hole on hem.
