Pair of Chippendale Carved Mahogany Side Chairs, probably New York, c. 1760-80, the serpentine crest rail above molded stiles flanking the pierced splat, the trapezoidal overupholstered seats on molded and beaded stretchers, (imperfections),ht. 37, seat ht. 17 in.

breaks and chips to splat, especially near crest rail (a few lost pieces accompany the chairs),added screws at shoe.
