Two Staffordshire Cream-colored Earthenware Items, England, late 18th century, each black transfer decorated, a globular shaped teapot and cover, entwined strap handles and floral finial, figures fishing on one side, tropical birds on the reverse, ht. 5 1/4; with a Tea Party decorated trivet, dia. 6 in.

Teapot: Cover with a 1" rim chip repair 5/8" chip to finial; numerous small chips and flakes surround edge. Pot collar heavily chipped; 1/4" chip under spout lip; 1/4 footrim chip; interior stain spots.
Trivet: Areas of glaze loss along footrim.
