Embroidered Silk Bag with Silver Hardware, France, 20th century, embroidered silk scene of a minstrel serenading two maidens in a garden landscape with trees and architectural elements.

Very minor wear to petit-point embroidered surface. Some wear to silver frame consistent with age and use. Interior with yellow silk lining, also worn consistently with age and use. Interior fitted with label from Spingarin's department store (Paris and Nice). Comes with oval vanity mirror. Overall found in excellent condition.
