Five Sixth-plate Daguerreotype Portraits and an Ambrotype Depicting Gentlemen, one man seated holding a booklet, accompanied by his calling card inscribed "Harvey Buell" and a paper inscribed with a poem of remembrance, signed by Buell and inscribed on the back "Died at Fond du Lac, Wisconsin"; a bearded man wearing a dark cravat, vest, and jacket, identified on a label inscribed "Clarendon Harris"; and three other gentlemen; and an oversize sixth-plate ambrotype portrait of a gentleman seated in profile with a column and drapery in the background; each mounted in pressed-paper/leather case, (imperfections).
5 Sixth-plate Dags:
Harvey Buell- fiant image, possibly a copy, scattered tarnish, spiders, and dust, has a slightly bluish image.
Clarendon Harris- Minor tarnish on edges, minor spiders and dust.
3 others: Scatterered tarnish, spiders, and dust, one case lacking cover, with other cover placed on it.
Ambrotype: very good.
