Hendel worked in Budapest, Breslau, and Vienna before establishing himself at markneukirchen in 1921. He was well known for fine copies of Cremonese violins in the imitative style of Lupot and Vuillaume.

Good oil varnish in good condition, minor surface scratches. Inlay repair to A peghole.
