Two Russian Imperial Porcelain Factory Plates from the Tsarskoe Selo Service, St. Petersburg, period of Tsar Nicholas II, one 1909 the other 1915, each with Imperial double-headed eagle and blue band to border, with green factory mark to reverse, dia. 9 1/4 in.
