Four Pieces of Georgian Silver, all London, similarly decorated with shallow neoclassical motifs, teapot with wood handle and finial, and ovoid, paneled body, 1787-88, Charles Aldridge, maker, ht. 5 1/2; sugar basket with a ovoid paneled body and gold-washed interior on a similarly shaped foot with a bail handle, 1795-96, maker's mark "C.C," possibly for Charles Chesterman I, ht. 6 1/2; squat creamer with a reeded handle, 1804-05, Samuel & Edward Davenport, makers, ht. 3 5/8; and pair of sugar tongs bearing only sterling standard and maker's mark "GB," lg. 5 1/4 in., approx. 25.3 total troy oz.
