Description:

Five Cream-colored French Articles, 19th century, including blond and llama lace shawls, a semicircular net veil, a white mull fichu with satin stitch, eyelet, and openwork embroidery, and an embroidered net apron.

Provenance: Formerly property of The Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York.

Llama shawl with a few holes to net and 1" brown spot, blonde lace with some staining, semicircular veil appears to be in good condition, fichu with a few stains, holes, and a tear, apron with repairs, holes, sewn onto contemporary backing.
