Floral Paint-decorated Wooden Box, probably northern Europe, early 17th century, rectangular beechwood box with pintle hinge on lid, wrought iron latch, decorated on the top and sides with polychrome stylized flowers and leaves, with the date "1613" inscribed on the lower front panel, ht. 6 3/8, wd. 13 3/4, dp. 9 5/8 in.
