American Winter Scenes. Morning., 1854 (Conningham, 208). Identified in inscriptions in the matrix. Large folio lithograph with hand-coloring on paper, sheet size 22 1/2 x 29 3/8 in., in a later molded wood frame. Condition: Margins 2 1/2 in. or more, toning, acid burn from previous backing, minor foxing, and light abrasions, mat stains, pinhole u.l. sky.
Provenance: Retains a Kennedy & Co., New York, label from a previous framing, mounted on the backing paper.
