reverse.
Watercolor on paper, 15 3/4 x 22 1/2 in. (39.3 x 57.0 cm),framed.
Condition: Reverse with an unfinished composition of a nude bather beneath a tree bough, sheet taped to window mat with brown paper tape across top and at each lower corner, tack holes to corners.

Provenance: As recorded on a note attached to the frame backing paper, "John Whorf traded to Hatfield Art Supply, Provincetown branch, Herbert Martin, Pleasant Street, Weymouth, Jay De Santis."
