Wall Hanging, China, early 20th century, embroidered on cream-colored silk with the goddess Xi Wangmu and a deer, bordered by peonies and shou roundels and flanked by the eight Taoist Immortals on either side, with deer and the Three Star Gods above, and bats, cranes, and foo lions below, the top decorated with gold-couched dragons and phoenixes, with a central dragon grasping a plaque marked "Long Zhang Feng Gao", in its mouth, 141 x 57 in.
