James Wyon (British, 1804-1868)

Amusing Baby.
Signed and dated "J. Wyon/1863" l.r., signed and dated "J. W. Wyon/1863" on the
reverse, and signed "J.W. Wyon" on a paper label affixed to the reverse.
Oil on academy board, 9 x 12 in. (22.7 x 30.3 cm), framed.
Condition: Frame abrasions, heavily varnished.
Estimate $300-500

Titled on a separate, handwritten card in a later hand affixed to the frame. With a label from Charle Roberson & Co., Artists' Colourmen, London, on the reverse.
