Gino Severini (Italian, 1883-1966)

Composition 1955, edition of 220, published by La Guilde de Grauvre, Paris (Meloni, 28). Signed "GinoSeverini" in pencil l.r., numbered "197/220" in pencil l.l., publisher's dry stamp l.l. Color lithograph on Rives paper with watermark, image size 19 3/8 x 12 5/8 in. (49.2 x 32.0 cm), unmatted, unframed.
Condition: Margins 1 inch or more with two deckled edges.


Estimate $800-1,200

Light toning at edges. Hinged with paper tape to backing board across u. edge (partially disadhered). Faint smudge at l. edge near blind stamp. The sheet measures 22 x 15 inches with deckled right and lower edges. There are minute breaks /losses to the deckled along the right edge.
