Silver Tower-form Besamim Box Spice Container, possibly Russia or Eastern Europe, with slender elongated turret, over hexagonal body engraved with leafy scrolls, topped with four small pennants, and suspending two small bells, on knopped stem and domed foot engraved with presentation inscription dated 1913, ht. 9 in., approx. 3.3 troy oz.
