Ink on wove or drafting paper, sheet sizes to 5 3/4 x 6 3/4 in., unframed, within a presentation case.
Condition: Minor smudges.
N.B. White created The White Rabbit for Boston's alternative publications from 1968 to 1992, and it was described by his longtime companion as "a one-character strip about a rabbit who lived on the White House lawn and commented on the antics of its tenants." (1). White was also an illustrator for the Somerville Journal and exhibited at the Genovese-Sullivan Gallery in Boston.
