N.B. The British Museum, which owns a copy of this print, publishes on their Web site that the title of this satirical print is a pun on the French word "l'ortolan" a plump bird known in English as the bunting. The print is listed in Bibliographie de France (Paris: Chez Pillet Ainé, Imprimeur-Libraire, 1819),#371, p. 283.
