Large Group of Meissen Porcelain Blue Onion Tableware, Germany, 20th century, comprising nine dinner plates, dia. 9 1/2; three soup bowls, dia. 9 1/2; seven plates, dia. 7 5/8 (three gilt rimmed); eleven plates, dia. 6 7/8; three plates, dia. 6; nine shallow bowls, dia. 5 1/4; fourteen cups, dia. 3 3/8; coffeepot, ht. 10; two platters with reticulated latticework sides, lg. 12 3/8; platter, lg. 13 13/16; gilt-rimmed platter, lg. 18; sauceboat with attached underplate, lg. 8 1/2; two shell-form side dishes, lg. 4 1/2; and a trivet, 5 x 5; together with a plate depicting Meissen marks through the ages, dia. 10 1/4 in.; most marked with crossed swords.
