Condition: Margins over 2 inches with a deckled lower and right edges, subtle soiling.
Provenance: Through the family of the artist.
N.B. The composition is based on a photograph by Maurice M. Faeustmann. When Chamberlain's print was used for the cover of Pencil Points, July 1935, the work was re-titled Old Court, Philadelphia.
