Jade Brush Pot, China, supported on four ruyi-shaped feet, the cylindrical sides finely carved in relief and deep undercutting with the Three Gods, Shou Lao, Fu Xing, and Cai Xing, appreciating a handscroll in front of a pavilion in a mountainous landscape to one side, and another Immortal crossing a bridge on the way to visit, accompanied by his attendant to the other, the stone of spinach green color, carved and gilt Qianlong four-character mark to the base, ht. 7 1/4 in.
