Porcelain Snuff Bottle, China, 19th century, the pear-shaped body painted in underglaze blue and white with a cartouche of boys playing in a garden to each side, covered by white glaze suffused with russet crackles, coral stopper, lg. 2 7/8 in.

Provenance: Sold by the Peabody Essex museum, Salem, MA, for the benefit of acquisition funds.
