The Holy Family. Titled and inscribed in the plate "IESUS MARIA IOSEPH/A Paris Chez Pierre Mariette rue St. Iacques a l'Esperance Avec pri." l.c. Engraving on paper, probably a later impression, sight size 36 x 27 in., framed (without glass). Condition: Paper with a horizontal seam across middle, folding creases in lower half, small tear u.c., foxing, rippling, and handling creases, not examined out of frame. N.B. Research suggests that this is probably a later impression of a work by a Flemish designer and possibly a French engraver.
