Italian Renaissance Revival Carved Walnut Cabinet, 19th century, molded cornice above an egg-and-dart-carved frieze and pair of doors carved with a seraph and central armorial plaque and with foliage to the corners, doors with carved borders of flowerheads and egg and dart, bronze handles, on elongated short bracket feet, ht. 97, wd. 59, dp. 23 in.

Property sold for the benefit of the Brooklyn Museum.

Overall very good condition; moderate worming throughout; one missing escutcheon; slight losses along molding due to worming; age appropriate minor scuffs, dents, shrinkage and other; good quality carving and color.
