Cloisonne Vase, China, 18th century, the body divided into seven registers by gilt line borders, each depicting flower scrolls, the bowl-shape body decorated with butterflies amidst morning glories reserved on a red ground above a band of upright petal lappets, the slightly oblique shoulder with florets against a purple ground, and the waisted neck with stylized lotus flowers on a turquoise ground, all below a garlic-shaped mouth, with plum blossoms on a lemon yellow ground, below a band of ruyi heads, ht. 8 in.
