Chippendale Cherry Slant-lid Desk, probably Rhode Island, original brasses, old surface, (imperfections),ht. 41 1/2, wd. 36, dp. 18 in.
Estimate $800-1,200

back left foot with 2 inch patch, right front with two-inch patch on side; secondary wood chestnut; stains to top, shrinkage crack 7 inches long on right side.
