Art Nouveau Silvered Bronze, Carved Ivory, Shell and Iridescent Glass Table Lamp, likely Continental, late 19th/early 20th century, in the form of a carved ivory nude sprite reclining on a leaf, with tiny stone set silver arm bracelet and diadem, mounted on polished nautilus shell enclosing a single light, on silvered bronze base formed as stylized leaves and waves enclosing an adorsed dolphin and a sea turtle, the whole topped by a floriform light centered by an iridescent flaring shade, ht. 22 1/4 in.
the ivory woman with age typical lining running horizontally through her whole figure. One of her wings with old break, so wing is off, but present. This wing with a very small chip to end of wing tip.
