William IV Silver Teapot, London, 1836, Joseph Wilson, maker, tapered melon-shaped, lid with berry finial, leaf-topped serpentine handle, base of spout, and central lobed of body chased and embossed with a flower stem within acanthus leaves, on spreading foot with serpentine rim, ht. 6 1/4 in., approx. 19 troy oz.
Estimate $250-350

lid does not sit flush in body, and with later steam hole. minor pinpoints to lobes. minor overall age wear.
