George II Silver Milk Jug, London, 1734, maker probably Richard Bayley, ovoid, with short spout and serpentine scroll handle, on domed foot, ht. 5 1/2 in., approx. 12 troy oz.
Estimate $800-1,200

thumb-sized dent near base, ding above near handle, and vertical dent at shoulder (approx. 1/4"). A small light dings at body, with some light surface scratching. base of handle showing very, very light compression onto body (visible only as a light halo to interior). Some construction roughness in metal. marks good.
