Portrait of a Boy with His Hoop and Dog. Unsigned. Oil on canvas, c. 1845, 27 1/4 x 21 1/4 in., in a later molded giltwood frame. Condition: Relined, scattered paint losses with associated retouch.
Estimate $1,000-1,500

Several spots of retouch to background sky and scenery, child's tunic, hand, few small spots on face.
