Pressed Bisque Bebe by Emile Denamur, impressed E 6 D, with closed mouth, outlined lips, fixed threaded blue paperweight eyes, feathered brows, pierced ears with earrings, original blonde mohair wig on cork pate, fully-jointed composition body in the original finish, dressed in cream two-piece embroidered design, matching bonnet, undergarments, and period brown kid lace-up boots stamped 6 Deposé, maiden trademark and Au Louvre Paris paper label, ht. 16 in., (stringing needs tightening).
Note: The dress is a custom-made copy of a portrait Jumeau costume in the Strong Museum. The original bonnet and shoes are included with the doll. Purchased from Ma Tante Zoe shop in Paris.

Head has been lighted and appears free of damage. Bisque is slightly grainy, consistent with E.D. dolls in general. There is a short red mold line on the neck, and light red strawberry marks (not unsightly) on the forehead, left and by left ear.
