American School, 19th Century

Pair of Portraits of a Boy and Girl. "Messers. R. & W. Kerry Artists" printed on labels affixed to the reverse., watercolor on thin card, depicting full-length profile portraits of the boy and girl, c. 1840, 9 x 7 and 10 x 7 in. frames, housed in period molded wood frames. Condition: Toning, light stains.
Estimate $1,500-2,500

There is a light stain line that goes across the bottom third of the portrait of the girl.
