Description:

Federal Mahogany Inlaid Tall Clock, labeled John Scudder, Westfield, New Jersey, c. 1810, the swan's neck cresting above reeded columns and painted iron tombstone dial, with moon's age dial in the arch and floral corners, and eight-day time and strike movement, the interior of the case bearing printed label "Made and Sold by John Scudder, CABINETMAKER Westfield," old refinish, (unrestored, imperfections), ht. 90 in.
