Minerva Leaning on Her Shield. Identified in the plate, John Witt Randall Collection and Fogg Art Museum duplicate stamps on the reverse. Engraving on laid paper with armorial watermark, plate size 13 1/2 x 10 in. (34.2 x 25.5 cm),hinged to backing mat, unframed.
Condition: Margins trimmed to just outside the plate mark, subtle toning and fox marks, thin spots to some corners, annotations to verso.

Provenance: Property of the Fogg Art Museum, Harvard Art Museum, sold to benefit the acquisition fund.
