Description:

Twenty-seven 7-inch Berliner's Gramophone Records, the majority with patd. dates to 1895, with stamped and handwritten titles, some dated, several by Henry Higgins and Sousa's Band, Banjo Solos by Vess L. Ossman, classical titles played by the Metropolitan Orchestra, in fitted oak carrying case with leather handle embossed Hedstrom Union Co., wd. 8 3/4 in., (varying amounts of use and wear to all records).

Note: Titles include "Lincoln's Speech at Gettysburg" recited by Mr. W.F. Hooley, September 1898, the Diamond Four "America" and "Down Yonder in the Corn Field," "Southern Cross Cornet Duo" Mr. Knoll and Miss Mc.Neill, "A Talk by the Yankee Comedian Cal Stewart," "All Coons Look Alike to Me" played by Schollishce Military Band, May 1897, "Roses and Thorns" by Metropolitan Orchestra, and "Tarantella Clarinette Duett" by Messrs. Strengler & Mc.Neice.
