Two Transfer Decorated Liverpool Jugs, England, early 19th century, one decorated with Masonic symbols and verse on the side and under the spout, the other with an oval reserve depicting George Washington with Liberty and a map of the United States and other figures and symbols of the nation, the other side with a poem and symbols of Independence, (cracks, discoloration, loss on base and spout repair on second jug),ht. 11 9 3/4 in.
