Two Wrought and Cast Iron Waffle Irons, America, both with wrought handles and strap locks and cast-in-sand waffle heads, one probably late 18th century, with basket of flowers design on one side of the waffle head and flowers and birds on the other side; the other probably c. 1937 with a diamond pattern, one side centered with a dove and the initials "D.L.H.," the other side with "1937" in a hexagonal reserve with foliate devices, lg. 30 1/2, 27 3/4 in.
