Portrait Miniature of a Young Man with a Dog in a Landscape, possibly Germany, 1820, signed and dated "E.A. Nietzold 1820," l.r., watercolor on ivory, showing a half-length round portrait of the man wearing a white shirt and cravat, and a brown jacket, with his black dog in a landscape, dia. 2 3/4 in., in a molded wooden frame with gilt brass liner. Condition: Very good.
