Silver Spoon, Paul Revere, Jr. (1735-1818), Boston, the c. 1795 spoon with elongated oval bowl, slightly oval downturned handle with engraved bright-cut husk pendant under oval shield initialed "ML," the maker's mark stamped "PR" in italics, (solder repair on handle), lg. 3 1/8 in.

Note: An appraisal done by Gebelein Silversmiths of Boston dated January 22nd, 1971, accompanies the spoon.
