Two-Day Marine Chronometer by Whyte, Thompson & Co., No. 5330, with 4-inch silvered Roman dial engraved Whyte, Thompson & Co., Makers to the Admiralty, Glasgow & South Shields, up / down indicator, seconds dial, and blued-steel hands, the fusee movement by Usher & Cole, London with blued-steel helical hairspring and cut and compensated bimetallic balance, in gimbaled brass bowl with clamp and later walnut case with observation glass, wd. 7 in., (lacquer worn on bowl, movement running, but accuracy and mechanical condition are not guaranteed).
