Steinway Grand "Duo-Art" Reproducing Piano, with Aeolian mechanism, ivory keys and ebonized case with tapering legs on casters, lg. 61 x wd. 59 x ht. 38 in., and twenty-four Duo-Art rolls of classical and popular music of the period.

Note: Manufactured in 1925, the mechanism was built by the Aeolian Co. of New York and installed by special licensing arrangements between the two makers. The piano and player mechanisms were fully restored in 2001, including all new strings, pin block, hammers, shanks, flanges, bellows, hoses and tubes; the soundboard was refinished and the plate regilded.
