Coin-Operated Regina 15 1/2-inch Disc Musical Box, No. 52529, with duplex combs on long bedplate, zither attachment, side-wound motor, coin-slot and coin-draw, in upright golden oak case with fretwork door to upper trunk and disc storage, and additional tilting disc-storage rack in cupboard base, on turned feet, ht. 68 x wd. 24 in., and a large quantity of original discs.

Literature: Q. David Bowers, (1972), Encyclopedia of Automatic Musical Instruments, p. 187. Similar to the Style 1, but without the Regina lyre motif on the doors, this is an early coin-operated model in a style that had been discontinued by 1900.
