Beck, London & Philadelphia, with rack-and-pinion coarse focusing, Lister limb with micrometer fine focusing at rear, draw-tube extension with four focusing rings, circular glass stage, Zentmayer-type swinging substage with calibrated rotation and plano / concave mirror with vertical adjustment, on tapering pillar to tripod foot, ht. closed 14 1/2 in., with double nosepiece-changer holding two objectives, in dovetailed mahogany case.
