Pennsylvania/German School, 19th Century

Bird on a Leafy Branch. Unsigned, inscribed in pencil on the back of the paper " Bucks County 1810." Egg tempera and ink on paper, 4 3/4 x 4 in., in a period molded wood frame. Condition: Minor toning and pigment migration.

Note: An old retailer's label from MacReynolds' Print Shop of Doylestown, Pennsylvania, is affixed to the back panel.
