Attributed to William Alexander (English, 1767-1816) Watercolor Portrait of a Mandarin Lady. Unsigned. Watercolor and gum arabic on paper, the standing figure wearing regional dress, matted and framed, sight size 7 x 5 1/2 in. Sold together with a similarly rendered painting of silk of a royal family members in an interior, matted and framed, sight size 12 3/4 x 8 in. Condition: Not examined out of frames. Watercolor with some light foxing and staining. Painting on silk with edge tears.
