Young, Philadelphia, Maker, silvered needle ring divided 0-90-0 in four quadrants, fleur-de-lis star at North, blued-steel needle with brass hub and clamp, on shaped limb with vernier, two vials and outkeeper, lg. 14 in., with cap, (lacking sights).
