Washington Memorial Calligraphic Exercise, by "Luther Tasker Professor of Penmanship," pen and ink on paper depicting a portrait likeness of George Washington in an oval reserve at center surrounded by calligraphic verses and figures paying homage to the former president, a small advertisement is penned in the lower left corner ""Plain Writing Taught in one course of 12 sessions" and along the bottom "Lessons in Off Hand Flourishing Plain and Ornamental Writing," (minor toning, tears, creases, not examined out of frame), sight size 17 x 21 in., in a contemporary molded wood frame.
